Yes, I do accept custom orders. You can contact me to discuss your ideas, preferred colors, and I will create a custom art piece tailored to your needs and personal preferences. 

Once the order is placed and confirmed, major design changes are difficult to make. However, feel free to contact me to discuss any minor changes before the production process begins.

Yes, I guarantee that all the fiber art pieces are handmade and inspected for quality. If you receive a damaged piece, please contact me for a replacement or refund.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor the status of your package.

Amira Weaving does not accept returns except for items damaged during shipping. Customers must contact Amira Weaving immediately upon receiving the item, providing photos of the damaged piece and packaging. 

I offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days ,  the U.S. and U.K. take 8-10 days. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. you can track your order using the provided tracking number.
